Brief Overview:
Guan is an Associate of IPP Wealth Planner Sdn Bhd. Having followed the group for more than a year, he has grown and is continuing to grow in his financial knowledge.
He has 6 years working experience in 3 foreign banks; each one served as a stepping stone and helped him harness his skills as an Advisor in financial planning. Guan's last stop in a foreign bank gave him the skill of managing a vast portfolio of SME customers. One of the many valuable insights that he learnt from Directors of Companies is the entrepreneurial spirit one has to possess in order to be successful. That spirit is not something that can be learnt academically but experentially. In his interviews with these Directors, he found that many of them deserve the success because they worked extremely hard, dared to take calculated risks and acted on the opportunties that were presented before them. These are the same characteristics that Guan would like to emulate.
In this very competitive industry, Guan believes that the knowledge and skills that he receives from IPP differentiates him from the many companies in the marketplace. It is also his firm belief that he has to constantly upgrade his knowledge as he is dealing with peoples' money and has been trusted to plan to their finances.
Guan has always enjoyed meeting and learning from people of different walks of life.
